Thanks to the extended warranty which saved me couple of hundred dollars on my dishwasher. My dishwasher broke down and charges for repairing was so high, but with extended warranty the company replaced the faulty part with minimal cost. I would suggest everyone out there to secure their costly items with extended warranty just to be on a safer side. I got it done from a very reputed company Consumer Priority Service after lot of research.

Consumer Priority Service is the absolute #1 source to service your electronics. My basement has a 65” plasma, HP computer system and a message chair. All brand new toys state of the art latest and greatest. I bought CPS warranties for all 3 items. The Plasma used to act up and displays a line and make this loud humming noise, I called the CPS warranty facility and they had a technician in my home two days. The man was very courteous, he fixed the unit in less than half hour and changed a fan and possibly an internal board. He had all the parts and tools needed in his van. But the really good part was that he knew the system inside out. He saw that I had the unit connected wrong, he unplugged everything, speakers, receiver, sub, dvdr and rewired properly. This guy was a wiz. I had everything hooked up wrong which caused the system to have poor sound quality. By the time he was done with it, everything was Mint. System sounded amazing, he put everything at optimum sound and resolution. Put the wires in a special concealed track and tested the entire system. I was tickled pink just to have my TV repaired, this guy was awesome, way to go CPS!
The website made the repair process simple. I placed my claim online with Consumer Priority Service, and got an email with easy to follow service instructions. I got another email telling me that my local authorized Mitsubishi servicer was going to call me. They sent me his information in case I had questions. I got a call the same day and made a service appointment. After the service appointment they said they needed some Parts to complete the repair. They came back 2 days later with the parts and completed the job. I also received an email asking me to rate the servicer and asking me if I liked the service, I wish all servicers worked like this, life would be allot easier. I will continue to purchase CPS warrranties on my products and recommend them to my friends.
Consumer Priority Service handled my claim in a quick and professional manner. I explained to them the multiple problems I was having with my Canon Digital Rebel. They fixed the camera in 2 days and sent me a detailed report of the work that was performed. They also sent me a sheet that shows all of the tests that were performed along with a copy of the symptoms I provided. I can’t ask for better service, quick and easy and everything functioning perfect like the day I first purchased it.
I had a problem my gas BBQ. It would not fire up; something must have been blocking the gas that was feeding into the burners which would not allow it to light up. The igniter was shot as well. I called Consumer Priority Service since the unit was still under warranty, they performed trouble shooting steps with me over the phone and determined that I would need a service call. A service man showed up 2 days later and repaired the issue on the spot. He was well stocked with replacement parts in his van and replaced the igniter and one of the burners that caused the blockage. I cooked for 12 people later that week, BBQ works perfect. Thanks CPS for a job well done.
I was not able to receive video through my HDMI port. Consumer Priority Service dispatched an authorized technician to my home the following day and fixed the problem. I appreciate the quick service and response time. The technician was able to work around my schedule and come early before I went to work. Overall this was a very pleasant experience, I will definitely recommend them. A special thanks to Jim and Susan for working with my schedule and following up with me.
