I called when I received a “Notice to Respond”. I had not been able to provide the right documentation that the IRS wanted and I was afraid that the IRS would take aggressive action. I listen to their service, I followed their instructions and waited for Titan Tax Relief’s call with any updates. I was updated frequently on my case and what was needed of me. If only the IRS had been this easy to work with. After providing my documentation, my total liability came down to ZERO. I am just happy to have put this behind me. I was extremely scared when I got my notice from the IRS. I owed over $100K and had no idea what to do. I did not have the money to pay them and with the economic downfall I was not making enough to settle with them in anyway. I heard Titan Tax Relief’s ad on the radio and gave them a call. They spent the time with me to figure out a solution for me. They negotiated my debt and got it down to a fraction of what I owed. (basically something that I can afford).
