Good ol' southern fried cookin!
The staff is great and the food is better. Keep their slogan in mind when you go:
"This is not a Fast Food Restaurant"
Personally I think it's worth the wait. My Favorites are the Catfish Filets with Fried Okra, Northern Beans and definately a glass of Sweet Tea. I hear the fried green tomatoes are excellent, but I haven't tried them yet.
