My companion ordered the plaice dish from the menu but found it so revolting he couldn't eat it. He thought the fish was off so told the staff who responded in a thoroughly unpleasant manner, asking agressively "what do you want us to about it? Noone else has had a problem with it" We were quite shocked at how rude they were to us both, making us feel as if it was us that had done something wrong. They did eventually agree that we didn't have to pay for that dish but the customer service...

They did eventually agree that we didn't have to pay for that dish but the customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Avoid!
