Reviews for Vue

this cinema is in my opinion what is bad about a lot of them, The tickets are very expensive. The booth is often not well staffed enough so there is a huge queue. The toilet facilities are regularly dirty and without toilet roll. The food and drink selection is poor and over priced. The seats once in the cinema are not very comfortable and certainly cause me back ache and being a small person I dread to think what it is like for those people taller than myself. As is the trend with cinemas the adverts go on forever unless a film is very popular I would suggest going 15 Min's after the advertised time. In my opinion you are better off going to city screen

this is not the place for high culture, nor the highly cultured. Now at the risk of being labelled a 'snob' this is the place to stick to the floor in a popcorn/sprite related incident as you take in the influx of tweenies trying to break into their first '15' rated movie.

My other 'experience' of this place is to sit between 2 sets of couples who were neigh on copulating with one another, which for 'Hairspray' and 'Gothika' is an impressive if rather unromatic arrangement.

Oh don't be surprised if the movie 'theatre' lights don't go out, they do, its just that everyone's still talking into their mobile and texting for the surrounds to become dark. Still if you're here you will enjoy the social anthropoloigcal potential of seeing what it is that those with a perchance for tracksuits and counting their gold jewerly find a 'good' night out. That or its half term and full of screaming kids... but that's another story, or maybe movie in this case.
