Well yes it may have in the past done a few things but now will soon be a building site. Adjacent already rubble. Two new (cheap) hotels and yet more 2 bed flats to come. Sad that rubbish buildings are allowed to go up opposite the walls

yes i walk past this daily and it's rubbish, now a rubble pile and hopefully added to the 'can and 'will' do better' of York CC. Watch this space...
