Reviews for Inuti

I don't wear a lot of jewellery - preferring just a few key good quality pieces, and not caring a hoot if I wear the same item several days running - but I often spot something to coo over at this Windsor-based jewellery shop, and have occasionally bought things there both for myself and (silver cufflinks) for a man.

Situated in the the middle of Windsor's pedestrianised shopping area, Inuti can be found right next door to Carluccio's, near the bottom of the wide flight of steps.

Specialising in contemporary designer jewellery, they represent around fifty designers, some of them more well known than others. To name just a few, there's Lovelinks, Alexis Dove, John Rocha, and feathery creations from Katie Clarke. Prices range from under £50 up into the thousands. As the shop is quite small they only have a sample range on display at any one time, but they seem to change it quite often and will be happy to show you the full range in catalogues. Your chosen item will then be made to order. There's always plenty in the shop to look at and drool over, though, and one item in the window exerted its magnetic power on me this week from a distance of at least ten meters - a plump red crystal heart on a short silk cord by Baccarat, a designer that's already caught my eye more than once. In fact I liked it so much I bought it (see picture). Given that I was just headed towards the cobblers to get my boots re-heeled at the time, you might want to avert your eyes if you're passing Inuti while feeling financially challenged...
