Reviews for Booths
I'm reviewing a supermarket chain, something I never thought that I'd do.
But Booths is different. With their origins in Lancashire and extending into Cumbria, Yorkshire and Cheshire they are starting to take on the big boys, but they do not compete on price.
No, the Booths difference is their range of produce - especially locally based produce - and their service.
I first discovered Booths when I was introduced to their selection of bottled ales that would rival any off licence. They have a large wine selection too.
There's an equally good selection of food as well, not least the fresh meat from the butchers counter.
If you're in the north west, make sure you find you're nearest Booths. Don't be afraid of paying more than you would at a big supermarket, just make sure you choose carefully from the fine selections on offer.
