    Lovely pub
    Current
    nice relaxed and friendly pub. Ideal for families during the day...plenty of room for prams etc and a beautiful garden on the edge of the river.
    Night time is just as good, loads of room so not cramped.
    Food is good but not cheap. Staff, friendly and helpful.
    Ideal situation...close to city centre but when you sit outside...could be miles away in the countryside.
    Plenty of car parking nearby.

    Current
    Good place to eat or drink if you've got kids. Fairly hassle-free. Food is tasty but quite pricey for what you get. The manager is a good guy, staff are friendly and there is a great rivreside terrace for summer. In winter, there's a log fire.
