I love this shop, it is my favourite shop in Wigan Town centre. Recently opened with the lauch of the Grand arcade. It is the first shop off the car park so you don't even have to walk far to get to it.

The restaurant is on the top floor and it has lots of windows for a great view of Wigan. The cafe has a good range of food and good baby facilities, with bottle warming. Downside from the old Debenhams is that this store has no toys in the restarant. Also the food is a bit pricey but you do get 20% off if you have a gold storecard.

The toilets are great, big baby changing area and also a family toilet/room with a little toilet and a normal sized one and a changing area as well. They are always spotless no matter when I go in. Also has a large ladies toilets which is a must.

Good homeware section and great childrens clothing section. The staff are friendly and seem genuinely interested in helping.

My favourite department store in the whole world! I love this shop if offers virtually everything that I might want under one roof at reasonable prices and they have fantastic sales!

They sell mens, womens, childrens clothing by a number of different in house designers offering cat-walk fashions at high street prices. Accessories include shoes, handbag, costume jewellry and a range of hats and fascinators for that day at the races or wedding.

They sell household goods from bedding to china and household appliances.

They sell luggage and baggage and everything you might want for holidays.

With an early learning centre section they have a small range of children's toys and knick knacks.

A fantastic range of cosmestics and perfumes are available and gift sets are readily available throughout the year. The new service of New York Nails undertaking manicures in store is a great place to relax and rest your feet while getting nails done for an evening out and if you plan it right you could get your make up done for a nominal amount or free with a make up purchases!

The coffee shop provides a great place to eat after spending several hours in the store or as a starter befoire beginning to shop and having a cooked breakfast until 11.30a.m!

They have in house franchises although these differ from store to store and include Jacque Vert in the Wigan Store.

Their Gorgeous range now covers sizes from 16 to 26 while the majority of ladies clothing in the store goes up to a size 18 / 20 generally.

Their clothing is always good quality and their accessories have a classiness about them that cannot be matched for the price paid.

I love this store but their sales are the best in the world!
