This place is truly delightful. There are two options available: take away or sit down meals. I’ll start with takeaway. Forget the usual ready made up dry run of the mill choices of lunchtime nosh. Now clear your mind and start picturing a variety of rolls, tubs of exquisite mixes – chicken with this, chicken will that, tuna without the normal addition of two jars of mayo, meats, salad ingredients and sauces galore. No conforming to the bog standard sandwich fillings here – you are in control of your lunchtime destiny. What do you fancy? Simply state your desire and watch the very nice people stuff your bread or roll with all your ingredients. If the sandwich was a suitcase you’d have to remortgage to pay the excess baggage charges.
Moving to the sit down option. Since its expansion there are more wooden tables to sit at. Menu ranges from lighter dishes to more hearty mains. There is even a specials board to add to the choice dilemma. Bit disappointed by the lack of creativity with children’s food. With all the ingredients on offer I would have expected more in the way of healthy food here rather than chips with fishfingers
All in all top marks and well worth a visit.

    Wow! I love Relish!
Staff are friendly, attentive and there to make your meal perfect.

Yuo don;t have a huge choice of dishes in the restaurant, but the choice is just right. They have a specials board so make sure you look out for that.

All their food is apparently sourced locally so that makes it even better in my eyes.

When i went the first time, i had crispy duck salad. I couldn't beleive how much i got! A huge plateful of tasty duck - a ridiculously large amount. I'm not a small guy, but even i struggled to eat it all!

The only criticism of the place is that it gets very busy and you do feel squished in, but that doesn't detract from your enjoyment.

Haven;t had one yet, but the takeaway sandwich bar looks out of this world! I watched them making some rolls - they could hardly close it because of the amount of fillings they put in!

Relish is easy to review - its fantastic for both takeaway and a sit down meal.
Let me give you an example. Across the road in marks and spencers you will pay £3.00 to £3.50 for a relatively large sandwich which has been made on a conveyor belt. In relish you will be asked what type of bread or roll you want, what you want in it, then you watch them make a huge doorstop in front of you, pile it high literally to the point where you can't bite it and then charge you less than M&S. It is truly amazing just how much food they manage to cram into one sandwich or roll!
The main meals are equally high quality and again, not expensive.
They also open later in the evenings now which is great for after work.
If you want to go anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, you absolutely have to go to Relish!
