Plantasia is a great place to take the family for a couple of hours. There is easy parking and lots of other attractions within walking distance including bowling, a cinema, Joes icecream and Toys R Us. There is a gift shop and café on site. Plantasia is divided into different zones with different plants in each, educational but fun. You can see giant cacti, ferns etc. Look out for the banana tree. There is an animal area with reptiles, amphibians and spiders, and others with butterflies and monkeys. There is also a central pond with large carp that you can feed, kids love it! There is also an education room where you can take time out. They have giant soft toys, quizzes, leaf rubbing etc. and a television. They were playing the Jungle Book when we went. Ooo be do…
