this is a curry house situated on hylton road. quite a normal family run business. but after recently having a takeaway from there it really suprised me how nice it was. it is ideal for people coming out of the pubs on hylton road when they are starving after a night out. the food was lovely and reasonable y priced. very similar to alot of local place we have in sunderland, but i thought i better write a good review on the place as it exceeded my expectations as i have been passed many times and never bothered to get anything. well worth a visit.

As a curry lover, this place is right up my street. No, it isn't really any better or worse than other places which cater for Indian food. Still, this doesn't mean it's a bad place, it just means you can b sure of what you're getting with no frills. The food is delicious and i've never had a complaint with this place. Curry Express is the kind of place you could walk past and not notice but if you do make the decision to go in and get some of that lovely grub they have to offer then i'm pretty sure that, like me, you'll be back before long.
