This pub is located near the top of Stroud highstreet and is one not to miss..in particular because of the bright red walls! That is what immediately hits you when you walk in! Famous (apparently) for their squashed frogs shots and excellent salad dressing, the Retreat is a lovely pub for a drink! It is more like a winebar and has a friendly, trendy and relaxed atmosphere.
