This is an in airport restaurant airside at Stanstead.
Typical of this chain the regular menu at regular menu prices.
The service is swift and the portions good.
There is a F&B coffee shop next door too.
However the staff eat in the restaurant too,alwways a bad thing occupying a table that could be taking paying customers and the service is verrrry inattentive,the waiters here seem more interested in thier lives than those of the patrons.The coffe shop is a miss,awash with debris empty cups,bottles and no real attention to clearing tables.
The management really need to focus on the customer experience rather than thier agenda.
That said it was good to see fair pricing in an airport.
Could do better.Go if you need a filling meal but have low expectations of the service
