Goblets is a wonderful unique place, you never see it from the High Street, but you go downstairs and find this nice relaxed bar.
It can get quiet busy, it tends to be an alternative scene in there, but it's very friendly and is always a good atmosphere.
Most people remember it as the place with all the Absolut Vodka bottles with all the chocolate in them! They have a huge selection of (sickly) chocolatey vodka shots behind the bar. They also have a jukebox!

Goblets is an excellent student watering hole and my personal favourite aspect is the free jukebox that is often loaded with a range of classics and chart hits. You can't beat a free jukebox!
The food is good, too. Excellent, huge portions and an exensive range of burgers means Goblets gets two thumbs up from me.

Goblets is a great pub that has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It is mainly frequented by students and the skating community but you will find a large diversity of people, thats the great thing about it. Staff are friendly and helpful and they do the best pub grub in Southampton

Goblets reminds me slightly of many pubs in Ireland due to it being a basement pub, it also has a student feel to it. Their bar staff are always helpful and friendly. Their food is excellent, service fast and very reasonably priced. They also have an intriguing range of vodka drinks available including one for nearly every chocolate bar you can think of.
