Has to be the worst shop for buying clothes in Southall. Rude and abusive. A con artist selling clothes that appear to be rejects from others. You'll be forced to buy what you don't want with no option to try them on and no prospect of returning them. If you come out without buying anything then you've 'wasted' his time. The word 'customer service' and 'customer satisfaction' are clearly foreign to this particular owner.

Avoid rather than having to contact Trading Standards. I have had to contact Trading Standards and we'll pursue the case through legal channels. Shops such as this have no place.
