Food is smashing, high quantity, the atmosphere is amazing very busy on the weekends! I am a regular for past 5 years since i moved here, great staff with great personality!
Rare wine menu, not the crap you can buy from Sainsburys, excellent wine!

The Enpress of India is a good quality, friendly Indian Restaurant, providing good quality food at reasonable prices.
The staff are welcoming and there is never any problem booking the restaurant for large groups, as the management are very hospitable and helpful.
The food is delicious and filling, with the generous protions being perfect. The mango chutney is yummy!
The service is quick and efficient with food served piping hot and in some cases still sizzling! The staff joke with customers and recognise regular visitors and make all feel welcome.
overall the Empress of India is a very high quality Indian Restaurant with good service and lovely food.
