I love the admiral so much that I have written a poem about it...

Theres a place up in crookes

that sells chips and not books

Its called the admiral and we all adore

with its lunchtime special and gravy galore

so whats so special about this lunch time feast

well i'll tell you my friends its it only coss two pounds and ten peast

Remember your lunchtime special needs YOU !!!

The food is made quite well here,they have got some nice chips here,I only come here for the chips which are made quite nice here.

Their food is really nice here though,they never take long in making the food as well.

The staff are kind and polite,i never really have a problem with their food or their service,a nice place to pop into is this.

I enjoy their food a lot,they also have some deals often here on the weekends at times,they normally leave big posters informing customers of them deals to.

I was told by my friends in Sheffield upon my visit (and eager request to have some top quality fish and chips!) that the Admiral was the best fish and chip shop in the city. They must have meant it, too, as we had to drive across the other side of the city to get there.

After buying our fish and chips we took a walk around the corner to the nearby park, which had benches overlooking the city. The views were fantastic and the food was divine. Whilst I’ve not tried any fish and chips in Sheffield before, this was still of an obvious quality and it had been quite some time since I had tasted anything quite as close.

This is my favourite Fish and Chip shop in Sheffield! It is the undisputed heavyweight champion of Fish and Chip shops!

Every night, just before opening time, you will always see a horde of people literally pulling down the door to try and get their daily Admiral fix! You can observe people walking off down the street with white parcels in hand, big smiles on their faces!!

The nightly queue that snakes out the door is more than a positive indication of the quality of the Admiral!! Just writing this review has made my stomach rumble!!

The food is beautiful, the portions massive – I can’t recommend it enough!
