Best pub,Best beer,Great ambience,Friendly staff/locals,cheap great food,fantastic beer garden,quirky furnishings that somehow fit in,quite simply an amazing rustic real ale den for the discerning ! live free music in a seperate room known as the stage,played most weekends! (check the website) in fact hope the managers or someone does cos its crap ! Not to be missed ,this famous fabulous pub walking distance from manchester.

This is definitely MY type of pub ,friendly,atmospheric,great selection of well kept real ales and belgian beers must be one of the best pubs in manchester ,go there for FREE live music and beat the credit crunch

absolutely brilliant !goin to the famous curry night on wednesday,gret food and beer at very reasonable prices eg sirloin steak chips and onions a fiver !!
