Myself and my family have been comming here to the quay house for a number of years, we come for birthdays e.c.t. the food here is always good value for the price you pay, they have a wide range of food from whatever steak you could wish for to sea bass and fish platters. the setting overlooks part of the quays and if you get a seat by the window you can see the water e.c.t the staff canot do enough to help you, they are no overbearing with it tho, there is a bar downstairs if you wish to have a drink before and after your meal, and there is a bar in the restaruant so you can have a drink with your meal, the starters are to dye for especially the mushroom brussheta. they have a very good desert menu and the orang liqure profiteroles with creme freche are an absoulte must, you are looking at around £20/£25 a
head for a starter, a main corse, a desert and drinks, which all in all is exellent value. well woth a visit.

This pub / restaurant is situated in a nice part of Salford Quays overlooking the waterfront. It could do with a bit of updating and a tidy as it feels a bit on the scruffy side nowadays. It is quite reasonably priced for drinks and does some drinks promotions. The food served downstairs is all the typical pub grub but is of quite a poor standard and I would not recommend eating here. It is quite child friendly and family oriented and there is also a steak house upstairs which is great - I would recommend eating here. Just avoid match days for Manchester United as the place is completely packed out which does not create a relaxing experience!
