The Outback Steakhouse is a restaurant located in the Brewery shopping centre in Romford. It is very popular among all groups as it has a good bar with some great cocktails, good music - you can even have a childs birthday party there. It is not open very late because of the shopping centre - it closes at eleven. The menu is full of Australian classics - the bloomin onion is wonderful as are the Aussie cheese fries which have bacon bits and ranch dressing all over them. The staff a very friendly and make you feel welcome. All in all this is great place to eat and is very reasonably priced.

I would definately recommend this restaurant to anyone, for birthday dinners, special occasions or just for a bite to eat!

I would advise telephoning first as this restaurant is very popular and you would benefit from booking a table first. Although if you don't book and just turn up there is always the bar to grab a drink whilst waiting for your table.

One of Outbacks speciality starters is Bloomin' Onion. It is a large fried onion coated in batter, it is the best!

For Main course I would recommend the Kookaburra chicken tenders and chips, they are tender chicken coated in batter, and is served with a honey mustard dip, truly a delicious meal!
