La Tasca are a chain of authentic Spanish restaurants with a careful blend of everything that is good about Spain - warm decor, authentic cuisine and friendly hospitality. La Tasca always surprises me with excellent portion sizes and helpful staff.
The spanish influence runs right through the decor and menu.
starters include bread and oils, olives. Main courses are in tapas style where we usually get 4 or 5 dishes per group then share.
Portion sizes are large and the food is always freshly cooked and hot.
The chicken in garlic suce is superb, as is the spicy sausage in tomamto sauce.
A little gem!
