This is one of my favourite pubs to visit for a pub lunch during the summer. They have lots of benches outside with lovely scenery and it has a nice family atmosphere, it also very quiet as its not in a busy area.
The food is tradional british pub food but up to high standards. they seem to do a mix of basic food such as a burger to more fancy foods such as a brie sandwich for lunch....

The cunningman is a pub & restaurant which has a lovely setting alongside the river.

The food is tradional british pub food but up to high standards. they seem to do a mix of basic food such as a burger to more fancy foods such as a brie sandwich for lunch.
They do a roast on a sunday with a choice of meats, they do steaks, pastas, salads, etc. There's definately something on the menu everyone would like.
The prices are fair and average. around £12 a meal, £6 for lunch (sandwich & chips).
The staff are friendly and are well presented in there uniforms.
