Although have lived in Reading for 6 years, I had barely noticed the Warwick. However, after reading a review on another forum, I decided to give it a try. I was definitely not disappointed. Although a traditional pub (where you have to order your food at the bar), it has been decorated with Asian accents. Meanwhile, the food was absolutely delicious, with no holding back on the spices. While I would not go so far as to say it beats Thai Corner, I did prefer the more relaxed atmosphere here. My only quibble was that I thought that £4 for a pint of Hoegaarden was a bit too much

This place could do with a few more customers, but it serves great beers (so my man tells me!) and really nice Thai food - the best in Reading I think. It's a nice mix - the Thai food and the pub format but it works.
