I do like the food that KFC sells, but this particular branch of the fast food chain isn't my fabourite. The place isn't very clean and being situated in a run down bus station in Poole town centre doesn't help. It is on two floors although often the upstairs is shut. The toilets there are always being graffiti'd and are reguularly shut. The staff aren't very friendly or helpful, I don't think any of them smile. The actual food is the usual KFC standard and the food menu choice is the same as all other branches. Better to take away than eat in. Due to the situation of the restaurant you have to park away from it in the town centre car park and walk to it, there is no parking next to or close by to this KFC.

The food at KFC in Tower Park is very tasty. Crispy, fried chicken - lovely. Being a fast food restaurant though, I'm sure I wouldn't find it so nice if I knew what was in it. Also, the fries here are not the best.

The service was average compared to other fast food places, and bad compared to anywhere else. As is common, the staff are often difficult to understand and they often find it difficult to understand the customer. They usually sound like they'd rather not talk to you.

On the plus side, the restaurant is large enough that there are almost always plenty of tables, and the queuing time is usually quite short.
