Reviews for Storm
Super grub, slightly too expensive but on the whole very good
I have been to Storm on two occasions. Once as a birthday surprise for me by my fiancé and the other as a group. I feel that it is perfect for all occasions; you can have a lovely romantic meal but do not feel out of place in a large group either. When you enter the first thing you notice is the unique décor and rustic wooden tables. It is very warm and inviting. There are couple of tables by the window which is perfect for people watching. The menu is mainly catering for the seafood and fish lovers with a few meat dishes thrown in.
I have tried the fish curry which was very nice but my favourite was the baked fillet of Halibut with Welsh rarebit topping – absolutely lovely. On both occasions I have had the whole cracked crab for starter which is simply beautiful but very messy so be prepared!
Personally I have never had room for dessert but they look just as appetising particularly the Piggy’s platter.
