This is like a mini supermarket version of Tesco. They sell the majority of basic items you would need on your weekly shop so useful if for any reason you can't make the main shop. I use this shop all the time for top ups such as milk and bread and usually end up buyingmore besides. They stock fresh fruit and veg which is handy. They do lack a fresh bakery area which is a shame but theu couldn't fit one in if they wanted to. The downside of shopping here is that it is often busy and always heaving on a Sunday afternoon so you have no chance of parking and queues of cars tail out the car park! The staff are ok, not very friendly but they do their job! They still accept your club card and they still do offers such as 2 for.... or Buy one, get one free.

Tesco Express is essentially just a mini Tesco, and manages to stock a wide range of products in a small space. The bakery selection is usually very good, and they stock a large range of magazines.

While this is good, the result is you will usually only find one or two types of each product, so you may not find what you are looking for.

The staff service is a mixed bag. Sometimes the staff will be very friendly, while at other times will be grumpy and unpleasant.

This Tesco Express does fulfill its purpose though, which is to provide a convenient place to stock up on groceries without going to a large supermarket.
