Bb's Coffee and Muffins serves coffee and muffins as you would expect, but also milkshakes, smoothies, ice cream and a small range of hot foods such as sausage rolls.

The muffins are all freshly baked - sometimes you can spot them taking a new batch out of the oven - and all the food is very delicious. The prices are high, but not exceedingly so - one pound fifty is a typical price for a muffin, and they are very large.

A huge downside however is the location. Being right in the middle of a busy shopping centre, this is not the quietest place to have a snack. But if this does not bother you, it is a very nice place to eat.

I've only left one star just to write this review, I wouldn't even rate this place purely because of the rudeness of staff.
When the staff (that spoke English as there second language) finally decided to take our order after my mother stood and waited in the queue whilst they served everyboby else behind her they miss heard her order and then blamed us when they got it wrong in such a manner they brought my mother to tears. where has the customer service gone in this country. i think staff trainning is needed urgently in this establishment.
