Reviews for The Lord Wimborne
This is one of the cheap and cheerful chains opening up everywhere. The drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic are really reasonable and of the same quality as in any posh, pricey wine bar. There is loads of seating including outside seats, although the view is of Sainsburys supermarket! The food here is plentiful in choice and fine in quality, bearing in mind the cost of the food which is super value for money and not tight portions either. They sell breakfasts as well as meals and snacks. There always seems to be plenty of staff on hand and they are approachable and helpful too. Toilets are upstairs which can be a pain for those with small children. High chairs available as well as free colouring packs to keep the kids amused whilst waiting for the meals to arrive. They have a lovely open fire in the winter which is lovely and cosy.
