It seems that waitrose/john lewis have a knack for finding the right people to work for them. We recently brought milk pouches that accidently spilled into the back seat of the car.

We spoke to the staff excpecting to "argue our case for a refund/valet of car" but instead found our selves talking to polite sensible staff, young and old, who arranged for our car to be cleaned without us actually asking!

The food may cost a few pounds more but I wonder if I would have got that level of service else where? Worth paying extra

4 stars for ambience...it is a supermarket after all!
