I have no criticism of the food at this establishment but the service we received today was absolutely appalling. Starting with getting the drinks completely wrong and moving through delivering food we did not order, not delivering food we did order and expressing disbelief when we ordered another dish ("You want sweet and sour chicken as WELL AS all this?!") and ending up by subjecting us to witnessing a verbal assault on a junior member of staff while we stood and waited for our credit card back, the whole thing was very very poor. Even when there were only four tables eating, we could not get anyone to attend to us, and when we did it was rude and abrupt. I would personally be happier to go where the food is not quite so good but I was treated with just a little respect as a customer!
