I've been going here for quite a few years now and have to say it is probably one of my favourite family pubs to go to in Peterborough.

The food portions are generous, the quality of the food is excellent and the prices are pretty reasonable for a family pub. They have different deals on offer throughout the week too which saves you a little extra as well.

The atmosphere is very friendly and home-like and I would definitely recommend going here if your planning a meal out with the family or maybe even a get-together.

There's also a sports bar!

The Hungry Horse is a fantastic family restaurant that I would recommend to anyone who want great food for great value. I visited this pub every year on special occasions and always enjoy the customer service and great tasting food. They have recently refurbished the whole pub to make it more appealing to customers new and old. They also added to their already great menu with even more great dishes to try at low prices. They book for all occasions and make you feel welcome and appreciated. They also have a sports bar and a beer garden which is great in the summer months.
