The Ice Factory
The Ice Factory is a short walk from the town centre - usually open on Saturday nights - and recently Friday nights too. There is also a bus which runs from That Bar, South Street to The Ice Factory for free on Saturday nights. It's lively and has 3 different floors and a courtroom where there is a BBQ and seats etc for smokers. It's also a good place when you need to cool down a litle. I would say the ice factory is great but only when its moderatly busy - when it gets too busy it's a nightmare - it's roasting and you can hardly move... but when it's too quiet it's just not such a good night. The price to get in varies on quite reasonable to quite expensive as it just depends what's on that particular night. After the night is over they sell slices of pizza etc at the door which of course is loved! They also have 2 cloakrooms for everyones jackets and it's £1 per garment. Overall i would say this was a good night out.
