Pizza Express would be my first choice for pizza above all the other famous named chains. It just tastes fresher somehow, the base is thiner and the choice of toppings is wide and varied. You can easily order one and specify not to have a certain ingredient, they don't mind this and i found the staff were friendly and approachable. Sometimes the service is slow if they are really busy but apart from that its a great place for people of all ages. They do good kids parties too where all the kids get to make a little pizza each! Then they eat them once they are cooked.

This pizza express is among one of the best I have been too. There is a great Italian atmosphere there, which makes the places feel lively and welcoming.
The food is fantastic and tastes wonderful. You will definitely leave full and happy. I can certainly recommend the pizza dough balls, bruschetta and any of their pizzas.
They have a wide choice of different pizzas, which are available on their own base, or a flatter and larger romana base. Both are great. You can also create your own pizza, which is something I often do.
I haven’t had a chance to taste their other food, but it looks and smells amazing.
The prices are good value for money and always keep an eye out in the paper, as there are often money off vouchers.
If you’re in Oxford it is worth a visit – enjoy!
