Deli Kats is a great little cafe located opposite Morrisons in Petts Wood. It's full of lovely deli treats like luscious plump olives and strange looking cheese, and there are always titbits to taste. The paninis and baguettes are always made to order, and are always really fresh and filled to busting. The choice of fillings are well thought out and some are quite adventurous, so don't go here expecting plain cheese and pickle sandwiches! Very reasonably priced too, given the quality of the ingredients they use. The Napoli panini (mozzarella, tomato and pesto) is a favourite of mine.
