Reviews for Wagamama
I always opt for Wagamamas when I want to eat something healthy and tasty. The ramen noodle soups are delicious and come in a variety of choices: chicken, beef, prawn, vegetable. In fact, Wagamamas is a good choice if you are vegetarian because there is usually a non-meat dish, plus a gorgeous sweet potato salad. The freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices provide a great pick-me-up drink full of vitamins and goodness!
I like Wagamamas because it’s fast, simple, unpretentious and the food is yummy! However, don’t expect your eating experience at this restaurant to be very cosy or romantic...diners share canteen-style tables with benches running in rows. The Wagamama Restaurant set-up is far too efficient to be too relaxed and dishes are served as and when they’re ready – you can may already be ½ way through your own course before your partner’s dish is served. Although, it’s nice to see the chefs in action in the open-plan kitchen that runs against one side of the restaurant.
Have eaten here on a number of occasions and each time have been seated straight away without a wait. The service is always good, quick, friendly and everything explained. The food is great too, always tasty and fresh, as is the juices. A meal for two will cost you around £20 including drinks, which given the cool, lively and vibrant atmosphere is well worth it. Try the 'edamame' as a side dish to your meal, streamed green soya beans with chilli and salt. Very tasty. Enjoy.
