As with all wetherspoons pubs you get the cheap priced drinks (barreled lager that is almost off), cheap meals (that include roasts on Sunday and curry night on Thursday) and a no frills pub. Music or some sort of amusement, such as a pool table or dart board would make this pub a look more enjoyable. Having said that, the atmosphere when I went with a group of friends was fantastic. The place is big and we were sat upstairs in a corner that we had all to ourselves. The staff were friendly and quick and knowledgeable about what they were doing. There is also a large outside area which is kept very clean and tidy.

nice place, cosy feel, good value as it is a wetherspoon's pub, can be very crowded on the weekend. they serve good value food until 10 most nights and have deals like curry night and steak nights.worth a visit.
