We had ordered a platter to share and found some plastic on the cheese, which I thought was no big deal. I pointed it out to the waitress who took away the offending item after apologizing profusely. She came back from the kitchen saying the chef is very sorry and that the platter was to be free (it cost around 10 pounds). We then had two steaks, but we were full from the platter which was just as well since they were disappointing (too chewy).

I would probably go back there but would choose something else. They also accept tesco clubcard deals to pay for food only (no drinks), or you could sign up on their website and get offers. The last one I remember was 5 pounds off a 10 pound spend which included drinks.
