This was the first Wimpy that I had been too. I have to say that I always thought that Wimpy's were a bit down market and a bit 70's but my mind was absolutely changed after going in here. The service from the staff is fantastic, they really are lovely and seem genuinely ahpy to be working there. The eating area is plenty big enough and you don't feel like you are sitting on other diners laps, if you know what I mean. Wea re quire indecisive when it comes to ordering and adding things to our order was not a problem at all. I expected it to be the typical fast food food, a bit cardboarding, feeling hungry again a an hour but everything we ordered was substantial and great value. Tried my first Brown Derby and I can assure you that it won't be my last, my goodness, hot doughnut topped with ice cream? Doesn't get any better.

I would heartily recommend this Wimpy, the food is great, the staff are great and it's also very child friendly for people with little ones.
