Reviews for Artisan
The reviews for Artisan Cafe and Deli along the Prom does not do Phil's Haven justice! My partner and I vistied Artisan this week and enjoyed it thoroughly!

My Partner had Falafel in Pitta with a Salad and this too was a test for the tastebuds - a good one though! I have never been to a cef with such an amazing menu to offer.
As soon as we walked in it felt very homely and unique. The lady who served us knew everything about wht was on the menu, the flavours and how it was all made! The kind of staff any Deli & Cafe would want. She was interested in the food and an excellent sales woman too!
Phil makes his own Blend of Tea and definately "a good brew!"....any tea fanatic should definately visit here to try it!
The food was FANTASTIC, the staff are fantastic and this little haven isn't given the attention it should! I highly reccomend to anybody who likes good, home made food!
After our meals we bought a pot of Phils Home Made homous...not like ANY homous you would of eaten before and nothing like the pots you buy in the supermarkets....better than that by far!!
A truly unique little cafe and Deli and will be revisiting to slowly work my way through the delicious and varied menu Phil has to offer!
Thank you Artisan......finally I've visited a cafe worth returning to in morecambe!!
An excellent little bistro on the sea front, part of the slow food movement. Don't expect fast food, just well prepared, fresh and tasty fare at a reasonable price. It's a small, quirky place with a sea shell shop next door. A wide range of fresh cakes (on rather too open display!)and juices, coffees and sublime hot chocolate for cold seaside days.
I popped in to this little place just to try it. I felt like i was in the front room of a small dingy terraced house. Poky and untidy. Clutter everywhere. The sevice was extremely slow although staff were chatty and polite. The food was good but not worth the wait. What really got me was the front table with cakes on uncovered and obviously old. To make it worse, people were sat on that table coughing and sneezing over them. Guess I won't have a cake then.
A first and last visit.
