Gambado in Milton Keynes is a perfect childhood haunt. Both my 4 year old and 1 year old LOVE this place. the soft play frame is spacious and exciting. On different levels, it has some easier sections for the younger children, including the ever popular ball pit, and some more challenging sections for the older or more confident children.

The extras though are what make Gambados a real treat. While you cen find soft play centres elsewhere, Gambados also includes a mini dodgem activity and a carousel. These activities are staffed and carefully controlled while the children are still allowed to enjoy themselves.

Food at Gambados is perhaps a little on the pricy side but is tasty and fairly healthy.

When I was a kid, places like these were the stuff of dreams! The soft play part of Gambado in Milton Keynes is impressive enough, but add to this the smart and spacious seating areas, coffee bar and internet terminals for adults and it's a really great experience for children and grown-ups alike.

But there's more! There's also a proper dodgem car circuit and fairground carousel, and what's more, they let the grown-ups play on them too!

I've been to quite a few soft play places with my kids over the past few years, and I haven't yet found one that truly compares with this one - BRILLIANT!

Now, if they could just introduce a creche for husbands and partners whilst you go shopping...
