Manchesters best known vegetarian restaurant. Established 30 years ago, this co-op serves great healthy veggie/vegan food. Also contains a shop selling a huge variety of organic food and non-food stuffs. Unfortunately the cafe is only open in the daytime(9am-7.30pm), Monday to Saturday.
