Great shop, shame about the staff 5th September 2008

Oklahoma would get five stars if it wasn’t for the incredible rudeness of the staff. I’ve never been in a shop where they resent breaking off their conversations and serving you so much! In a way the level of rudeness is so remarkably high that it’s impressive. It epitomises bad customer service, which is a shame as it’s a great place to buy little trinkets, silly gifts and wrapping paper etc.
It’s the kind of shop you can go in to and always find a present for someone, no matter who they are or what age – great if you have no idea what to get someone.
The vegetarian café is ok too (although the service is the same as the shop.)
