Charlton Arms

Recently renovated, very disappointing. Out of eggs at breakfast (on a full English beakfast???!!) (They don't know how to cross the street to buy eggs at the shop?? They don;t know they had guests staying at the hotel that might want breakfast in the AM???) Then reserved a table for 4 for lunch for 3 hours later and when we showed up we wre told that the person should not have taken our reservations as private functions had booked out the dining room and pub eating area. Management is non-existant at this property obviously.
