Reviews for Pizza Hut
Tesco Clubcard deals have linked up with Pizza Hut until the end of October, so we grabbed the family and headed out en masse. The restaurant (opposite Morrisons) was very busy, but the young staff were helpful and soon cleared us a couple of tables. We tried a couple of starters - the chicken strips were surprisingly moreish but the nachos were disappointingly bland and cardboardy. The pizzas themselves were piping hot and tasty. The kids had room for a visit to the ice-cream factory, and were very impressed by the mini-marshmallows. For some reason, all the desserts came accompanied by frozen berries - tipped straight out of the packet - even though they didn't suit the dessert at all (who needs frozen berries with banoffi pie?). We were pleased to find that free refills are available on soft drinks, including orange and apple juice as well as the usual fizzies.
If you are using your Clubcard deal vouchers, please note that you must use a minimum of £20 and that they don't cover drinks, kids' meals or promotional offers.
