The picture isn't mine, but it looks almost the same as what I found in our family bucket. Imagine enjoying your food then taking a bite into a piece of, what you thought was wing, and a brain falling onto the table. That is exactly what happened to me in Wimbledon KFC. My friend who I was with threw up at the sight of it and on closer inspection of the piece of chicken we noticed an eye socket an the other piece of the brain.
I showed the piece of chicken to the staff member at the till and asked to speak to the manager. She took the piece off me and chucked it in the bin, I told the manager how discussed I was demanded my money back, to which she told me, sorry we can't do that, have another piece of chicken for free. I'm sorry, but after seeing that, I didn't ever want to go there again. After a long disagreement the manager said, and I qoute... "It's not our fault, sometimes the chefs, they miss bits when cleaning the chicken" This is NOT the attitude to have! They refused to give me my money back, even after being threatened with the health services.
I haven't been to KFC since then and also became a veterinarian as the thought of meat now makes me feel sick.
