Avoid this Fast food out let if possible.
I live close by , so I gave them their 3rd and final chance to get things right before I actually complained about anything.

Usually it is just lack of sauce on simple things like sweet and sour that irritate me,
or the mean little servings or of course the unheated waiting room you endure as you wait for your food.

So, this time they took an order from me worth about £15 by phone and I walked over to collect it 20 mins later.
But they had decided not to make my food nor phone me back to warn me!
They gave no decent reason nor compensation and simply asked me to order now that I had arrived??? I laughed walked out and phoned
(Fortune Restaurant) over in W14 9AE who managed to deliver a vastly supirior & larger meal for less money in less time than this whole thing had occured.
