  Indian takeaways even the really bad ones can usually be trusted with basic Indian dishes- Spices in Nunhead is by far the poorest quality Indian food I have experienced.
  
  When I placed the order, I specifically asked for less oil and to my delight, my Lamb Vindaloo arrived floating in oil! The Dhal had black burnt bits in it and tasted like used oil. They probably re-use the oil many times.
  The naan was very thick and dough-y. After eating, I felt extremely ill which always is a good sign of great, quality food.
  
  What's worse is that the prices are quite high.
  
  Do not bother!
