Terrible and rude service 14th November 2009

Ordered over the phone and were told 30-45 mins. Turned up after 1 hour and was cold. Then discovered that they had forgotten our rice and wings. We phoned back and explained - they apologized and said they would send it immediately. We waited and half an hour later some rice turned up, no wings. We phoned again despite our meal already being ruined. A different girl answered and they then changed their minds about what we had ordered and refused to accept that we had ordered wings in the first place. They then wouldn't send them unless we paid again. Dishonest restaurant with staff that speak poor English and the ones that do are extremely rude. Strongly recommend to avoid.
